Horses, what magnificent animals they are. Their movement is one of style, grace and wonder. Strong enough to knock a wall out, yet gentle enough to softly nuzzle a child. The dance between a rider and their horse, is one that is truly a work of art. They think as one and move as one. Barely move a rein and the direction changes, a slight squeeze of leg and the pace quickens. As Ronald Duncan said, "The Horse. Here is nobility without conceit, Friendship without envy, Beauty without vanity. A willing servant, yet no slave."
Horsewomen and men are a different bred. They fully trust these beautiful animals to carry them over obstacles, run cross country, and perform as they should. The trust is equal, the horses fully rely on their human companions to feed, water, and tend to their every need. As they walk through life together, the bond between horse and human is one so deep there are no boundaries.
I work to bring the beauty and majesty of these amazing animals out in the images that I create. I would love the opportunity to capture the bond between you and your best friend.
"Horses change lives. They give our young people confidence and self esteem. They provide peace and tranquility to tougled souls, they give us hope." - Toni Robinson
Your portrait is all about you and your personality. Bring your motorcycle, your car or even your favorite pet. We can make the images say anything you want. Remember these will be lasting memories for you and future generations. We should get together and see what ideas we can come up with. I'll buy the first latte!
It is all in the details. This comment holds true even with commercial photography. You need the best images that will make your work stand out in a crowd. We can set up a meeting and discuss how to make you stand out among your competition.
Love and celebrate who you are right now! Be the woman you are, a mom, a wife, a grandmother, a daughter, a WOMAN. When your man looks at you, he sees the woman he fell in love with. You are his lover and soulmate.
Now here is the question, when was the last time you did something just for you? Having to think on that, right. Boudoir is for the woman who wants to do something just for her.
Feeling daring, then invite your special someone for a couples boudoir. WHAT!! Yes, you heard me, a couples session. That look that you give him or that sly smile when he gives you "the look." Believe it or not you will even share a good laugh at some point and those time are some of my favorites images.
Let's meet and plan your special experience. A day that is just for you.
"Nothing makes a woman more beautiful than the belief that she is beautiful" - Sophie Loren
Well Hi There!
Welcome to my website. Pull up a chair and let's visit.
I'm Tammy, also known as T.J. to many. Other than family, my two biggest passions have always been photography and music (hence, the title!). I am one of those that took pictures of anything I could. Often annoying family members because I would pose them for pictures. I'll just say, it's tough being the family reunion photographer. Now the fondest memories we share are those images. My dad and uncles playing horseshoes. My mom and aunts cooking or quilting. Jump ahead a few years and it's my daughter and her family that I now add to my list. My beautiful Kaycee, her awesome hubby, Lonnie and amazing granddaughters, Dixie, Delissa, and Kimber. Yes, I am biased! You see what makes them special is... those moments are forever stopped in time. I stop time!!
Yes, I said that I stop time. A smile that lasts forever. A look that can never be duplicated from that special moment. A memory that is carried down through the generations. Capturing those things forever is what I love to do. A beautiful representation of your families history.
I would love to meet and get to know you. To share my passion and help your family make memories to hand down to future generations. I'll buy the coffee. Ok, I'll throw in a danish too!
Special thanks to the amazing Cary Garrison of Garrison Photography in Edmond, OK, for the fabulous headshot!! You rock, Cary!!
